1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by H Technologies Studio ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

H Technologies Studio provides prebuilt website design and hosting services for small local businesses. Our All-In-One Website package is offered at $199 USD per month and includes website design, customization, hosting, and ongoing support as described on our website.

3. Subscription & Billing

By subscribing to our services, you agree to the following:

• Subscription fees are billed monthly at $199 USD
• Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing cycle. Upon cancellation, your website will be taken offline at the end of the paid period.

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when signing up
• Keep your contact and billing information up to date
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not use our services to publish content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on third-party rights
• Provide any content, logos, or photos needed for your website in a timely manner

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you provide to us (logos, photos, text, etc.). H Technologies Studio retains ownership of the website design templates, code, and platform. Upon cancellation, you will not retain rights to the website design or hosting infrastructure, but you may export your content at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, H Technologies Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications to our platform at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime in advance.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay your subscription fees. We will provide reasonable notice where possible.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

For clients located in the Province of Québec, Canada, these Terms of Service are also subject to the applicable laws of Québec, including the Consumer Protection Act (L.R.Q., c. P-40.1) and the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25). Any disputes involving Québec-based clients may be resolved in the courts of Île-Perrot, Québec, or as otherwise agreed upon by both parties.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
